Mangata Care does not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

We use technology providers that may access or process personal data only to the extent required to provide their services.

Squarespace provides the website hosting and form functionality. Information submitted through website forms may be processed by Squarespace in order to provide the website service and transmit the information to the configured storage or communication system.

Google Workspace is used for Mangata Care’s business email and therefore for receiving and managing communications sent to info@mangatacare.com.

Personal data may also be disclosed to public authorities, courts, regulators or other competent bodies where required by law.

7. International data transfers

Some of the technology providers we use may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Squarespace states that personal data may be transferred to the United States and that it uses recognised international transfer mechanisms, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where necessary, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Google Workspace may also process data through infrastructure or service providers located outside the EEA. Google provides contractual mechanisms for international transfers in accordance with applicable European data protection requirements.

Where an international transfer takes place, the safeguards required by applicable data protection law will apply.

Squarespace’s current GDPR documentation continues to confirm its use of the Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. Google Workspace likewise provides mechanisms for restricted international transfers.

8. How long we retain personal data

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, in accordance with the GDPR principle of storage limitation.

We apply the following retention criteria:

Enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship: up to 12 months from the last communication, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain the information for longer.

Where a contractual relationship is established: for the duration of that relationship and subsequently for the periods necessary to comply with legal, tax or administrative obligations and to address any potential liabilities.
